A: Yes, every
worker must pass a criminal background check before performing any job.
Q: Is your company insured?
A: Yes, we are fully Licensed and Insured.
Q: Can I use a worker for just an hour or two?
A: Yes but the minimum charge is for 3 hours.
Q: Do you work evenings and weekends?
A: Absolutely yes!
Q: Do the workers speak English?
A: Yes, all of our workers speak English.
Q: Are the workers legal to
work in the U.S.?
A: Yes. We do not employ
any illegal aliens or other non-residents.
Q: Do the workers have tools, cleaning
supplies, or lawn care equipment?
A: No, the
workers do
not. It is up to you to provide any necessary items to perform work requested.
Q: Why don’t you supply tools and
cleaning supplies?
A: Labor Amigos is based on an entirely new concept. We provide “labor” and
labor only. This allows us to charge our customers much less!
Q: Do the workers do custom construction or
fabrications?
A: No, although some
workers do have special skills that can assist you in any new construction
projects like painting, drywall, etc.
Q: If I have mostly outdoor work do you work in
the rain?
A: In most cases working outside in the rain
can be a bit messy. If it should rain the day of the job we would prefer to
reschedule for a dryer day.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel or
reschedule a job?
A: No problem, just call us
with as much advanced notice as possible so we can coordinate with workers
well in advance.
